Create a new Page with the content
Copy the link of the page you want to include in this Database (ContentLink column)
Then, you can copy the Link To Insert anywhere you want to include the content in, and click on "Link To Page", the result is that the content is loaded replacing the link.
If you modify it here, it will be modified in the original block.
